Ordering, Delivery + Refunds

ORDERING

The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

The Slow Stitch is currently a one girl show, please be kind. Orders are generally processed and ready for the post within 3-5 days of receiving.

 

DELIVERY

We offer FREE SHIPPING. No minimum spend. No code needed. Bundles & kits are excluded from FREE SHIPPING, but we do want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $10.00 for all bundles & kits. We use Australia Post.

Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

 

AUSTRALIA POST

All orders are sent via Aust Post. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed

 

LOCAL PICKUP

We are located in Mornington. Currently we DO NOT offer local pickup. But if you are in a 10km range from 3931 we will generally deliver your order. Please get in touch hello@theslowstitch.com.au if you have any questions. 

 

REFUNDS

The Slow Stitch wants you to be happy. In the very unlikely scenario you receive a faulty or wrong item from us we are happy to offer a refund or store credit.  Please contact us via hello@theslowstitch.com.au with your order information and a description of the fault and we'll be in touch.
